Patient & Family Advisory Council
Mercy’s Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) brings together our patients and their families with members of our health care team to provide guidance on how to improve the patient and family experience at our hospital.
The council gives patients and families the opportunity to share their perspective and experience on issues that impact care. The goal is to integrate patient input into service and quality initiatives that improve the quality and safety of our care.
Our PFAC members provide unique patient and family perspectives that make a real difference in the care we provide.
Patients and family members with both positive and constructive feedback and experiences are invited to participate in PFAC and are asked to commit to attend a monthly meeting.
If you are not interested in serving on the council, but have a story you are willing to share, we invite you to talk about your experience with us at one of our council meetings.
