Speech / Language Pathologist
Mercy Hospital & Health Care Center has an opening for a Full Time Speech Pathologist. This person will evaluate all patients referred regarding communication or swallowing disorders. They will establish and provide treatment programs designed to meet individual patient's needs and will maintain comprehensive patient documentation regarding evaluation, treatment programs, progress and discharge summary information.
This position will require a Master's degree (M. A.), (M. S.) in communication disorders; meet the educational requirements for certification and have completed the process of accumulating the supervised clinical experience required for certification by the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association. Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech and Hearing Association, Licensure from the Minnesota Department of Health and Licensure from the Minnesota Department of Education is required.
