Dietary Aide, Dietary Services
Mercy Hospital & Health Care Center has one opening for a part-time Dietary Aide. Under the direction of the Dietary Manager, a Dietary Aide will portion food in accordance with regulations, use standardized recipes, clean food preparation areas, tray line, pots and pans, equipment, maintain pot and sink area, work on patient/resident tray line, employee and resident lunchrooms and special functions. Must be able to work in a cook capacity and be able to cross train as cafeteria assistant.
Applicants must be a minimum 18 years old, and have the ability to read, write, understand and follow written and oral instructions. Must be available to work scheduled shifts and call availability. Closing Date: July 31, 2008
